Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Express Shipping: 2–3 business days (available at checkout for an additional fee)

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Restrictions

• We currently ship to the continental United States only.
• We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam).

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at temu888999@163.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.
