We want you to love your WEFANCY products. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase within 30 nights of delivery for a full refund.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
How to Return

- We will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
- Pack the item in its original packaging (or similar protective packaging).
- Drop off the package at any UPS location.
Refund Timeline

Exceptions
